precious little life and fauna in my little garden

Having been busy gardening at my dad's house this spring in France, I also took some time to flower up my own little patio garden at home. This is the result of pictures and some video clips taken this spring and summer with my newly purchased Nikon D5100 purchased for video editing, which was after all not the best choice.

My own yard is waiting to be completed too.

Working next door has its conveniences, but I also would like to have my yard look good.
And as hot as the weather has been here since a couple of weeks already... it's quite tough to dig around in the yard.

A couple of weeks ago I helped a friend to straighten out her back yard (she's selling the house) and wanted to have some curb appeal. I ended up with some lovely plants from her yard.

I am very happy with the wonderful Wisteria, the Lilac, the clematis, Peach tree and all other plants she gave me. Not to mention the Elephant ears, Cannas that I have burried in my yet to be perfected little garden space at the back of the house.

Here's a picture of the peach tree in blossom last week.. hard to believe that these blossoms have already fanished this week. The weather has been so hot for the past couple of weeks that everything had been speaded up.
